ADMISSION COUNSELLING

University Placement is one of the characteristic of our total care education system. The goal is to help students to
achieve their dreams of studying in the world top universities. During these two years(G10-G11) of their study in CIS in Taiwan, CIS will hold admission seminar. And counselling center will talk to G10 students one-on-one to help students assure of what subject to major according to their talent, interest and academic ability. On that basis, they know what courses to take, business or science when studying G11. When they arrive at CIC, UPO(University Placement Office) will make every effort to help their application to universities.

  • Help to establish personalized goal for admission

  • Provide overall and specific information of universities and admission requirements
  • Ensure all the application documents are handed in before the deadline
  • Help students to get Conditional Letter of Acceptance from our partner universities
  • Help students to get recommendation letter from principal, admission officer and teachers
  • Help students prepare tests for admission, such as TOEFL、MELAB、IELTS、CAEL、SAT and AP
--University fair
  • The world top universities, like Waterloo University, University of Toronto, and McMaster University will have University Fair for CIC students, providing newest information of admission and Q&A. Every year , more than 50 universities admission officers visit CIC, and have group consultation or one –on –one interview with CIC graduates , sharing the keys to succeed in studying, like time management and helping them to apply to world top universities in Canada, America, England, Australia, New Zealand, and German.
  • Have career workshop. Invite career elite to share their job responsibilities, skills and answer students’questions
